Thank you for shopping with Velaire. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship your orders.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, along with a tracking number.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days — we'll notify you if there's a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We currently ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times (after processing) are:

Europe 7–14 business days
United States & Canada 8–16 business days
Australia & New Zealand 10–18 business days
Rest of world 10–20 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, particularly due to customs processing, weather, or courier delays outside our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Velaire is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We recommend checking with your country's customs office for more information before placing an order, as these charges are outside our control and not something we're able to calculate on your behalf.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Velaire is not liable for products lost, stolen, or damaged in transit once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your order shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us at support@velaire.com and we'll do our best to help resolve the issue.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Velaire is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us at support@velaire.com as soon as possible — we can make changes only before the order has shipped.
